Managed on-site logistics for over 16 Youth Hoops program locations for over 3K+ youth throughout Chicagoland, including operation setup, check-in, and equipment distribution.
Supported operational efficiency through inventory tracking, data entry, and preparation of program materials using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
